This Russian-language article proposes a method for estimating an organization’s lifecycle stage based directly on the Adizes model combined with the BARS (Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale) approach. The author applies the framework to Tomsk enterprises and concludes that Adizes’s lifecycle theory provides the most operationally useful foundation for harmonizing labor management with organizational development stage.
