This paper validates a quantitative organizational lifecycle measurement scale, citing Adizes (1979) as one of five seminal models providing the theoretical stage definitions underpinning the instrument design. The study tests the scale across a multi-industry sample and confirms the discriminant validity of Adizes-aligned stage constructs.
